Before she embarked on her legal career, Attorney Rosas graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business as part of the Leadership Program in Distribution Management. She worked for a number of years as a successful, competitive and top-ranking salesperson in the steel distribution industry. After obtaining practical work experience, Attorney Rosas decided to pursue her legal education and graduated from Southwestern Law School with honors. She then spent nearly seven years at the oldest law firm in Los Angeles, California — an international practice with 700-lawyers — defending employer interests. This experience provided Attorney Rosas with a unique perspective and tools for successfully resolving employment cases.
